Objective

The objective of the SecureDoc project is to produce a short guide aimed at small businesses and at the technical communicators working for them, often in difficult conditions. This guide will recommend a method to produce user manuals meeting the expectations of the consumers.

Consumers survey

The 1st task in this project is to surveys the consumers to hear their opinion on the quality and the utility of the user manuals, as they are currently supplied.

Your participation

All of you can actively participate in SecureDoc by distributing the survey form (in French). It is aimed at consumers, so we wish a wide distribution.
